Maestro Eve Queler conducts Meyerbeer's L'Africaine in honor of Richard Tucker's historic 1972 Opera Orchestra performance as "Vasco da Gama". Internationally renowned tenor Marcello Giordani returns to Opera Orchestra in the role of "Vasco da Gama". Featured performers also include Italian soprano Chiara Taigi as "Selika" in her US and company debuts, and soprano Ellie Dehn as "Inez".
